Made by Liverpool’s first bean to bar chocolatiers, this Nicaragua White 43% is one of the only 3 white chocolate bars worldwide that fell in the prizes with Academy of Chocolate in 2021. Notes of fudge, beurre noisette and dulche de leche.
The foundations of these chocolate bars are made with 4 or less ingredients: organic cacao nibs, natural cacao butter, organic unrefined cane sugar and organic milk powder. Leaving out exaggerated amounts of refined sugar, fake vanilla extract, additives like palm oil, emulsifiers like soy lecithin and many (many) other chemical additives.
We chose these bars due to their unmatched quality, we love the companies mission on preserving the flavour of cacao, their policies, transparency and ethical practices.
